       My name is Sera McDonald. When I paint, I am transported to a completely different world. I come out of working smeared with paint, failing to remember how it even got there. The color stains on my skin and the marks on my clothing don't bother me, they feel more like a sneak peak to my creation. My ability to have complete focus in a composition helps me create a captivating piece which not only shows the toil I put into it, but who I am. My art shows my flaws, my strengths, and personality, regardless of the subject. My art is like a mood ring; you see all my different emotions in every stroke.
